Key  Experience/Skills:

·         Python expertise – Minimum 3 Years of Dev experience

·         Database expertise – Minimum 2 Years

·         Linux command and controls Expertise – Minimum 5 Years 

·         Linux Security model expertise – 2 years

·         Regex experience – 1 year

·         Software Development Life Cycle  process experience – 1.5 Years

Job Description:

·         Level - consultant to Manager

·         Doesn’t have to be a PM, need strong technical skills. PM support will be provided by team

·         Hands on administration or team lead of Linux environment with at least 200 servers

·         Implementing security features of operating systems such as iptables

·         Developing and maintaining automation work with scripting languages such as shell, python, perl

·         Development and maintenance of cryptography capabilities such as SSH

·         Operating system and application patching techniques through Spacewalk and or Satellite

·         Implementation and maintenance of audit features through logging, monitoring, alerting

·         Implementation of processes and auditing of Identity and Access Management capabilities 

·         Maintenance of vulnerability management processes to include addressing results from Nessus scanning and dealing with any back porting issues
