Position description

·         Leads test case design, definition and execution for an individual business project

·         Manages test phase boundaries, quality and test coverage for a specific project

·         Responsible for test data management, test script design and execution, test tools, metrics, and regression repository support required for project testing

Required:

·         3-5 years testing experience,

·         3-5 years with HP QC or HP ALM or another commercial test management tool like IBM Rational

·         3-5 years with defect management process including retesting of system and integration defects and test cases

·         3-5 years experience with system or integration test methodology such as waterfall, iterative or agile

·         2-3 years experience leading offshore test delivery teams

·         1-2 years experience creating test metrics and execution reports

·         1-2 years experience creating or contributing to test estimation and demand planning

Preferred:

·         Experience in pharmaceutical environment HIGHLY preferred

·         Experience in a healthcare environment preferred

·         Testing in a regulatory environment (Validated / non validated)

·         Familiarity with GxP practices for testing (i.e Genelogix  eApprove)
