Tableau Administrator

9 Months + Very High Possibilities of Extension

Responsibilities:

·         2-3+ years of Tableau Administrator Experience including technical support; troubleshooting report design; monitoring system usage.

·         Deployment of Tableau Server in clustered environment and performing upgrades

·         Implementation of Proactive Tableau Environment Health Checks

·         Tableau User Group and User Entitlement Administration

·         Experience with Tableau application performance monitoring, capacity planning, and tuning for multiple members on multiple projects

·         Experience with Active Directory Integration/Synchronization with Tableau

·         Able to assist Developers and troubleshoot Tableau reports, dashboards, etc.

·         Ability to Provide 7/24 Production Support for Tableau in an On-Call Rotation

·         Good Communication skills

·         Ability to work independently and well in a team

Required Skills:

The following Skills would be a Plus:

·         Tableau Architect Experience in an Enterprise Environment

·         Experience with TIBCO Spotfire and other BI Tools.

·         Experience with create Tableau Dashboards and Reports.

·         Experience Creating Tableau Desktop Client Software Packages for distribution to Users

·         Windows System Admin and IIS Management

·         Experience with Oracle and SQL DBMS and installing Database Drivers

·         Deployment of Java web applications

·         UNIX/PERL Scripting

·         JavaScript/Java application development

·         Able to troubleshoot web applications
