* 3-5 Years Experience with Composite Software is a must
* 5-7 Solid SQL Programming Skills
* 3-5 Years Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as COgnos, Business Objects, Spotfire etc
* Hands on Map Reducer experience with Hadoop file system
* Prior experience with SQL and data modeling - firm understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts 
* 5 Years Experience with web services and associated protocols/standards/specifications - SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSLT, XML, JSON
* Prior experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Unix shell scripts, PHP, JavaScript, etc.
* Exprience with Hadoop & Map Reduce frameworks
* In-depth understanding of Windows and UNIX/Linux environments
* Very strong Core Java skills and hands-on development experience in JDK 1.5 or above
* Solid understanding of data structures, object-oriented programming and Multithreaded programming.
* Hands on experience in ANSI SQL
* Knowledge of Spring framework and Apache Commons
* Knowledge of XML, Servlets.
* Experience using source code control systems such as Subversion, CVS etc
* Experience using build automation tools like Maven, Ant.
* Experience with Java testing frameworks like JUnit, EasyMock, Mockito etc
