Job Description:

·         Support in-house database administration activities related to:

·         The Datacenter Migration of all ABL platforms and applications

·         Assist Internal DBA’s with SQL server 2012 builds (100+ SQL Servers) Installation, and configuration

·         Storage Management and provisioning

·         Backup/Restore Setup, Process and Documentation using NetBackup

·         Server Monitoring, Compliance, Alerts and Notification Setup and documentation

·         Set up SQL cluster and Availability groups and Always on technologies

·         Act as a backup to internal DBA’s assist in test efforts

·         Assist with maintenance setup SQL databases, Replication and Link Server setup

·         Support the QA DEV, UAT, PROD, and BCP environments

·         BCP Setup and Installation

·         Other duties as assigned.
