Responsibilities:

·Perform configuration management, release management and change management activities as required by the Enterprise packaged solutions.

·Support installation and maintenance of the Enterprise packaged solutions in production and non-production environments.

·Configuration and administration of the application, including user provisioning and maintenance.

·Participate in determining testing approaches, test planning, regression testing, stress testing and defect analysis.

·Provide high quality timely estimates for project tasks, activities, and deliverables.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.

·3 to 5 years of experience in the IT industry developing or maintaining business applications/solutions with a focus on P&C Insurance.

·Minimum of 2 years of experience in EMC xPression and Solimar.

· Experience with IIS, Windows Server Environment, SQL Server Database, XML and Web Services, Middleware technologies.

·Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects running concurrently.

· Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Mandatory Skills:             

•3 to 5 years of experience as Administrator.

• 2+ years of experience in EMC xPression xAdmin and xDesign modules.

 Desired Skills:   

•P&C insurance domain knowledge.

•Experience with IIS, Windows Server Environment, SQL Server Database, XML and Web Services, Middleware technologies.
