Short Description:
The web developer will be working directly with the website content owners/managers and the IWD IT department on the primary (and other) web presence for IWD. The web presence is being migrated to the Drupal CMS.
Complete Description:
The Website Developer/Programmer will be part of a collaborative ream charged with turning data from project specifications and statements of problems and procedures to create or modify the website content, search model and associated computer programs:
*Prepares, or develops in combination with the development team the taxonomy, search vocabulary and search model for the website(s) being implemented.
*Analyzes problem statements, applying knowledge of core Drupal capabilities and module availability, to deliver subject matter recommendations and guidance.
*Confers with supervisor and representatives of departments concerned with website functionality and content to resolve questions of website usability and appropriateness.
