(1) Minimum five (5) year’ experience managing IT projects that involve multi-tier architecture in an environment of integrated system

(2) Minimum five (5) years’ experience in managing projects of a similar nature

as that described in the SOW as well as the System Development Life

Cycle (SDLC). The candidate shall demonstrate thorough knowledge and

understanding of SDLC.

 (3) Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
