Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a resource for a long-term contract assignment doing application development and support for midstream pipeline systems. 

The job will entail:
• Collaborate on new software development based on requests from business and technical leadership.
• Provide rotational on call support for a 24x7 system.
• Software package implementations and support.

Qualifications:
This role requires at least 5-7 years experience developing enterprise-level web based applications. Candidates with experience developing Gas & Oil applications and/or pipeline operations and procedures will be given preference. Candidates need to have a strong background in core web development on both Microsoft and Java platforms. 

This will include experience in many of the following:
• Microsoft: C#, ASP.NET, nHibernate
• Java: POJO, JSP, JBoss, JSF, Hibernate, Tomcat
• Web: JavaScript / HTML, Perl, ExtJS
• Database: SQL Server & Oracle, SQL, DB Visualizer or TOAD, Ruby, VB Script, XML, PL/SQL, Business Objects
• Internet protocols: FTP, HTTP, IP, etc..
