Position Description:

Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.
The candidate will be responsible for the SOAP UI testing of the iAccommodateWebServices. 
This included importing the iAccommodate WSDL into MKS and developing test cases for each one of the 16 web service operations defined in the WSDL. 
This developer will work closely with both the test team and the iAccommodate Web Service developers for verifying the web services are working correctly.
 

Skills Requirements:

Required
5+ years of Java, J2EE experience.
3+ years of SOAPUI experience.
3+ years of Web Services experience.
2+ years of Javascript experience.
2+ years of Struts 2.0.
2+ years of SQL.
2+ years of Java. Persistence API (JPA).
Good communication skills and a team player are required for Agile Software Development.
This developer position requires knowledge of the Java programming language, JPA, SOAP WebServices, IBM Websphere, DB/2, Struts 2.0, JUnit, Agile, MVC pattern. 
The developer needs to be flexible to work on both the front-end web application and back-end web services as needed.

Desired
Familiar with IBM Websphere Application Server 7.0.
Familiar with DB/2
Ability to collaborate with requirements, development and test teams.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Should be familiar with Software Oriented Architecture (SOA).
 
Education:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 11 years of professional experience.
