Skills required:

5+ years of experience in an Automation Tester/Engineer role (preferably at the enterprise level) with 2 years in full life cycle implementation, customization, and execution.

5+ years of Quick Test Pro (QTP) experience record and playback function, creation and management of object repositories and descriptive programming.

·         Must have prior experience in design and development of custom test automation frameworks.

·         Advanced knowledge of Quality Center API and QTP Automation Object Model.

·         Must have strong development skills in VBScript to customize QTP Scripts.

·         Must have experience using Business Process Testing (BPT).

·         Experience in designing and developing applications using C++/C#/Java.

·         Strong working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Unix

·         Experience with both front end and backend testing.

·         Experience working with Client/Server, Web, and SOA/Web Services technologies.

Key technologies/tools:

• HP QTP, HP Service Test, Selenium
• Programming (Java, C#), Scripting (Ruby, Python, VBScript), IDE (Eclipse).
• Subversion, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Databases
• Agile experience.

Certifications (preferred):

• HP-AIS & ASE (HP UFT – QTP + Service Test).
• SCJP (Java Certified Professional).
