Responsibilities:

·         Drive design/build efforts to develop rule components in IBM WebSphere ODM, integrating with an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB = DataPower), so knowledge of Rest and Web Services as part of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is beneficial, but not mandatory.

·         Responsible for resource planning, resource skill development, guiding the project team on ODM Implementation/Delivery best practices, estimating work efforts and reporting status to Team and Project Leads.

·         The team lead will be responsible for corralling and orchestrating design/build sessions with the project.

Required Skills:

·         Must have experience with IBM WebSphere ODM.

·         Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).

·         IBM Business Process Manager

·         IBM Operational Decision Manager

·         IBM-WebSphere-DataPower

·         IBM-WebSphere-DataStage

IBM-WebSphere-Enterprise Service Bus \Candidate.

·         Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
