Complete Description:

The OUC will be utilizing ITSA resources throughout the requirements gathering, design, implementation and operation of its 911 Computer aided dispatch  (CAD) system using Intergraph public safety applications software.

 

Behavior Characteristics:

Candidate with 10+ years of Public safety 911 call taking and dispatch applications experience using Intergraph Public Safety Applications and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
