Level 2 helpdesk support for the Dashboard EWS/IC and responsible for the maintenance of the application/stability of the application
Complete Description:
The Dashboard Early Warning System and Intervention Catalog is a high profile project for PDE which is about to be rolled out statewide in Fall of 2014. This individual will be responsible for merging code from GitHub into the existing TFS environment. Coordinating with the network team to conduct builds to multiple environments. They will be trained on the Dashboard Technology and ready to maintain the application for the Statewide rollout starting Fall 2014. This will entail searching logs for errors and the Dashboard EWS/IC database and suggesting resolutions, entering service tickets into TFS to obtain vendor support. C# skills are desirable in case a front end fix is needed to the GUI after go-live.
