·         Either education to degree level or relevant industry experience in software engineering 

·         The candidates must have Captiva Work Flow Module background

·         Must have experience with Captiva and Captiva’s .NET SDK integration

·         Experience with Documentum would be valuable

·         Proficient in software engineering tools including Netbeans, Microsoft Visual Studio

·         Experience in Java, C# (.NET), C and C++ programming languages

·         Familiarity with UML and agile development methodologies

·         Likes to work in an environment with  goals, deadlines and pressure

·         Willingness to travel as required

·         Design software based on the direction set by product management

·         Build software using modern development tools and best engineering practice

·         Assist in testing products in accordance with our QA regime

·         Work as part of a team to deliver high quality software products to market.
