• Design, create, maintain new and customized academic software.
• Develop and enhance an existing LMS (Moodle).
• Enable a comprehensible UX by constructing appropriate data integration between academic and operational applications.
• Document application requirements and translate for the production of high-quality and bug-free software.
• Committed to quality service to customers needing resolution of computer problems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Follow OSHA requirements for security, proper process.
• Master of interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Escalate problems as appropriate.
