   - 2 Years of experience as an IT Recruiter 
   - Good knowledge of Technologies 
   - Ability to research U.S Job Market, create, present talk shows 
   - Create a fun, energetic and interactive atmosphere 
   - Disc jokey, radio or karaoke experience preferred. 
   - Strong knowledge of music and A/V equipment required. 
   - Practical and other performance experience
