• Experience in software application development as an Agile Project Manager
• Ability to lead delivery of best-in-class product assortments and shopping experiences on Bed Bath & Beyond digital properties. 
• Ability to work closely with the Planning, order management and ecommerce fulfilment, and site operations to insure unified strategies are implemented and optimized.
• Proficiency in developing frameworks for capturing site merchandising analytics and sales data to optimize performance.
• Require proficiency in content management tools
• Experience in prioritizing defects and enhancements to improve speed to market.
• Relevant experience in forging cross-functional partnerships with Site Operations, Core Buying Teams, Marketing, Ecommerce.
• Ability to create a predictable communication flow to insure all parties are in lockstep with merchandising strategies.
• Experience in ecommerce and merchandising towards the enhancement of existing conceptual architecture, proposition of new alternatives in the areas of fulfillment, performance, scalability and better usage of order management, global inventory and warehouse management
• Ability to facilitate design reviews and code review with the technical team
• Should be well versed with quality concepts of testing and project delivery
• Possess relevant experience in the management of ecommerce and merchandising projects
• Should be comfortable in leading technical design and quality team members
• Should be comfortable in establishing processes, infrastructure and training to ensure Bed, Bath and Beyond brands meet customer expectations
• Ability to provide succinct details about the project status, stakeholder communication, managing expectations of and providing facilitation to different IT and business stakeholders
• Should be comfortable in handling a moderate team size
• Must have knowledge of project management best practices
• Must have the ability to provide leadership during implementation of large IT projects
• Should be comfortable in establishing fit standards and specifications to ensure they remain in line with Bed, Bath & Beyond customers
• Ability to provide relevant experience in establishing communication between business and IT
• Should be well versed with various project management frameworks
• Must possess the ability to prioritize activities during incident resolution
• Must possess the ability to contribute to the development of reusable components
• Should have relevant experience in overseeing day to day operations, initiatives and operational execution, and implementation of new processes and initiatives to support strategic initiatives and goals.

• Should be able to participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Must possess relevant skills in reviewing documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.

 Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related or foreign Equivalent
