We have the following requirement to provide onsite support performing the below tasks.
Requirements:
- Certification: RHCE preferred
- Local resource required - currently no T&E budget - will consider candidates willing to relocate at their expense.
- Strong communication skills - strong customer facing skills.
Red Hat will provide Professional Services to assist with the following tasks:
- RHEL Generalist
- Assist in Patching/Bundling Patches/Testing/Release to Production.
- Assist with Service Delivery Requests (ex: server running slow, won't boot after patches applied, etc.)
- Assist SME's.
