• Analyzing process performance data and reporting on process performance measures
• Translating VITA business process documentation into customer-facing business process documentation
• Providing oversight of and support to VITA Valued Customer Experience (VCE) process improvement projects
• Developing, implementing and supporting CRM operational processes and procedures
• Serving in a lead role for small process improvement projects
• Supporting the overall CRM Program by maintaining a CRM operational calendar, assisting in developing a business process management function for VITA’s Relationship Management & Governance directorate, assisting in the maintenance and development of the CRM Program SharePoint site
• Providing junior-level analyst support to the program
Must have experience with business analysis, process and procedure documentation. Must be skilled in MS Visio, Office and SharePoint. Must have experience documenting processes and procedures and working across organizational boundaries and with diverse stakeholders. Requires excellent written and verbal communications skills. Familiarity with CRM concepts in a context similar to VITA (i.e., our primary customers are entities such as state agencies, not individuals) is strongly preferred.
