Description:
Maine client is looking for a QA Test Lead to coordinate testing for a specific project. Strong technical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills will be required. Note: They're desperate for a QA Test Lead (like start ASAP desperate).

Location: Westbrook, Maine
Duration: Six months + (may extend beyond that).
Interview process:Phone/Skype - (doubtful that there will be an onsite interview, but it is unknown at this time). If candidate is not local, we can try for Skype.
Visa Status: H1B’s are okay.

Must haves:
3+ years QA Test Lead skills.
5+ years QA testing.
Strong Agile experience.
Nice to haves:
Project Management experience.
Knowledge of automated testing tools.

Additionally, the client has stated the following as the order of priority for skills:
1. Test Lead experience (directing the work of others, test planning, resource planning, test case development, hands-on testing, status reporting).
2. Communication skills - written & verbal.
3. SCRUM/Agile experience (as a test lead).
4. Service Layer testing experience (Soap UI).
5. Test automation experience a plus, not a must.
