Job Duties:

  • Solicits and interprets client requests, documents client needs and automated procedures and works with users to improve business processes.
  • Day to Day ownership of requirements delivery based on business needs and project timelines.
  • Participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing departmental and organizational conditions. Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes, and identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state.
  • Develop Business Process and Functional Process documents.
  • Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Be able to handle multiple assignments
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and software development life cycle
  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Experience with change control analysis
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies
  • Works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.

Must Have:

  • Strong background in Business requirements/agile story writing
  • Considerable understanding of basic SDLC
  • Excellent requirements gathering, analysis and solution skills
  • Analyst certification is a plus but not required
  • Expert in creating work flow and process flow diagrams using MS Visio
  • Demonstrated business requirement analysis and process mapping experience
  • Strong coordination and communication skills(must coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering sessions)
  • Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work independently under the direction of multiple project managers in a matrixes organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated system thinking capability
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science or related or foreign Equivalent
