  •  Manage all aspects of Pay Per Click campaigns.
  • Increase traffic to multiple company sites by using technologies and best practices to raise awareness of these sites.
  • Upgrade Search Engine results, and achieve top placement in Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc
  • Statistically measure responses to changes in the code-base.
  • Complete negative keyword selection and implementation into campaigns.
  • Ongoing ad copy analysis and A/B Testing.
  • Choose the right cost per click (CPC) based on market competition and strategic bid management to optimize our budget and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Advanced tracking using Google Analytics and ability to guide proper tracking code installation for Google Analytics and PPC conversion.
  • Translate business goals into successful search engine optimization strategies.
  • Analyze and report keyword/placement performance based on specific metrics and recommend action (e.g., keyword deletion, bid changes, copy changes, landing page changes).
  • Assist with managing relationships with SEO and PPC vendors
  • Analyze traffic, marketing, sales, and operational data and create actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities and trends to increase client engagement and retention
  • Identify new lead generation avenues from data-driven reports that demonstrate quantifiable ROI
  • Apply query, data exploration and transformation, basic statistical methods and visualization techniques to create business insights or improve data quality

  • Performing ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns
  • Performing ad-hoc analytics and conversion optimization consultancies for clients and influencing conversion optimization strategies with solid analytical data
  • Delivering regular reporting and analysis documentation to clients and presenting findings or test results in person or via conference calls.
  • Representing Fresh Egg’s Insight team in client meetings and pitch presentations
  • Assisting in educating clients on the benefits of digital marketing and the importance of online measurement & performance optimization
  • Providing consultancy on campaign tagging and additional on-site tracking
  • Spotting potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedure using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues and propose methodical optimization tests, both on-site and campaign based
  • Working closely with the commercial team to identify and explore opportunities to cross-sell services and support new client acquisition
  • Collaborating with the design and development teams for on and off-site conversion optimization projects
  • Collaborating with the search and social teams to enhance client reporting and performance measurement and conduct detailed analysis work when required
High-Level Requirements
  • Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment  
  • High level of experience working with analytical software (e.g. Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, etc.),
  • High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel  
  • High level of experience working with Google Adwords and other paid search platforms  
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for producing client reports and presentations  
  • Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives  
  • High level of experience in measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including: natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display and social  
  • Experience in working with website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, Optimizely, Maxymiser, etc.

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, marketing research, statistics, or other related field
  • Five years of related experience
  • Proven experience with demand generation, website conversion optimization, marketing automation, CRM systems and analytical tools
  • Understanding of measurement of large data sets
  • Experience integrating analytics to evaluate performance and user response
  • Ability to identify and explain metrics to non-analytics stakeholders effectively and clearly
  • Competencies with statistical tools and data analysis (e. g. regression, factor analysis, multivariate analysis)
  • Knowledge of sales, business and marketing processes
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, problem solving, and data manipulation
  • Strong computer skills that includes reporting software, business intelligence and advanced Microsoft Excel qualifications
  • Familiar with various web tracking software such as Google Analytics
