Short Description: This Senior Project Management Specialist is a Test Manager that will manage the SIT & UAT test environments leading up to implementation.

Complete Description: The Test Manager will be working with a team performing triage processes for defects in collaboration with the vendor. The Test Manager will be tracking execution and progress toward execution and defect management/resolution. The Test Manager will review test plans, scripts, cases, and scenarios for accuracy and quality. The Test Manger must have knowledge of batch processing.  Test Manger will be involved with coordinating activities for testing batch processes.

DHSS is seeking a talented test manager with strong understanding of system testing including test strategy creation, test scenario creation, execution, monitoring & reporting. This applicant should have past supervisory / lead experience of the ability to work independently with little to no daily supervision. Experience using various testing methodologies, tools is essential. In addition they should have experience translating project requirements to test requirements, writing test cases, scripts, identifying or creating test data and executing test cases.

The candidate should know how to record results in a system logging and tracking defects in system. Not only will candidates be joining a project team, they will be joining a team of resources dedicated to delivering engagements focused on common tools, technologies, and methodologies.
