  • Present complex middleware solutions to potential customers and design value-driven architectures, explaining the application and return on investment of these technology solutions
  • Deliver compelling recommendations that result in the closing of new sales
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customers' business and IT environments, and collaborate with sales teams to assess the potential application of Red Hat products
  • Communicate value, progress, and status of sales opportunities to all stakeholders; share knowledge and findings to allow team members to learn from your successes and mistakes
  • Perform administration tasks in managing weblogic, apache, tomcat, MQ, WebMethods.
  • Perform troubleshooting, incident response.
  • Serve as a technical leader for installation, configuration and deployment of Oracle Weblogic, JBoss, Apache, and Tomcat application servers on Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Leverage middleware technologies to provide robust, cutting-edge integration solutions to fully and successfully achieve new goals and meet new challenges rapidly and cost-effectively.
  • Strong scripting ability to automate the log analysis to identify issues occurred.
  • Ability to identify middleware issue root cause outside middleware spaces(OS, network, database,..)
  • Perform Production deployments, configuration changes, and Installation control tasks like stop/start, tuning and troubleshooting Middle ware.
  • Resolve issues by analyzing logs and by checking the System configurations.
  • Perform Morning checks and housekeeping activities to ensure everything is going fine in Production environment.
  • Resolve issues related to network and Operating systems, firewalls always meeting SLA.
  • Set up Single Sign ON for the application using Netegrity Site minder
  • Provide high-availability design, configuration, and maintenance, including
  • clustering and load balancing for Fusion architecture
  • Develop a complete set of documentation describing the current configuration
  • Work in cooperation with the application developer and Oracle DBA to resolve application problems
  • Review proposed changes and test them in a QA environment
  • Tuning of Oracle Fusion architecture and Oracle WebLogic components
  • Develop standards and tuning metrics and alert thresholds
  • Monitoring, backup/recovery
  • Ensures that the technical environment is updated with current, stable versions of software products that comply with approved architecture and system standards.
  • Conducts proactive/reactive performance monitoring / analysis to identify system errors and bottlenecks to assist in tuning
  • Plans, coordinates, tests and implements installations / upgrades / releases of systems, software and hardware.
  • Determines change specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility, etc.
  • Monitoring servers using Grid Control and other monitoring tools and handling alerts, notifications.
  • Identify and resolve advanced application issues using appropriate code languages, toolsets, or configuration processes.
  • Assist in documenting current, revised and new processes and procedures.
Experience Required:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels
  • Ability to interpret customers' business problems and technical issues and effectively explain how a solution will align to their needs or requirements
  • Knowledge of enterprise solutions and architectures, e.g. cloud, big data, virtualization, storage, RDBMS or ERP (Oracle, SAP), middleware, clustering, and high availability
  • Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills with good problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task and shift focus quickly.
  • Ability to set priorities and manage workload to meet those priorities.
  • Extensive working knowledge with Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Working knowledge with LDAP, Active Directory, Windows domain architecture.
  • Working knowledge with J2EE containers like Oracle Weblogic server, Jboss and Tomcat.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Knowledge of IT system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot middle performance issues independently and/or in conjunction with other middleware and database administrators.

Experience Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science or related or foreign Equivalent
