IMPORTANT: This is NOT a traditional Help desk support role with PC, network, server skills but rather the candidate must have Analytical and Statistical experience to support and troubleshoot the PAsecureID application.

The resource will performing the research and information gathering to support PAsecureID mismatch resolution.

Through the PAsecureID application, school districts are able to create a PAsecureID for students.  There are times when a student transfers to another school district or school and the ID could be mismatched, or the student registers with a different spelling of their name which causes a mismatch in PIMS and other systems.  This resource would receive requests and perform research and analysis to identify where a correction needs to be made to ensure association of the correct PAsecureID with the student.  It is also necessary to identify when two different students are sharing a single PAsecureID and when a single student has two or more PAsecureIDs.  This individual needs to have strong analytical skills.
