The Office of the State Superintendent of Education is seeking at Information Technology Consultant - Level 5 to support an ongoing software development and implementation project, specifically in the areas of organizational change management, communications and outreach, and training.
The Consultant will be responsible for the design and delivery of an Organizational Change Management Plan to support the release of new software within an Agile development methodology, design and deliver a Training Plan and in-person and remote training to internal and external users of the new system, design and develop job aides, user guides, help content, help desk scripts and other system support artifacts, and support the SDLC by participating in system testing and design and delivering User Acceptance Testing. Additional the position will lead pilot releases of the system from the end-user perspective.

The Consultant will identify, design, and lead stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful launch of the developed product. As a part of the change management responsibilities, the Consultant additionally will be responsible for the design and deliver a Training Plan, in-person and remote training to internal and external users of the new system, design and develop job aides, user guides, help content, help desk scripts and other system support artifacts, and support the SDLC by participating in system testing and design and delivering User Acceptance Testing.
