SOA Business Analyst
Complete Description:-
The Office of the Chief Technology Officer seeks a contractor to provide SOA QA/Business Analyst Consultant services. The objective of this procurement is to assist in the implementation of Oracle’s Service Oriented Architecture middleware application platform and its components within the District of Columbia government infrastructure. The SOA QA/Business Analyst Consultant is envisioned to provide SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware Quality Assurance, platform modernization support and business analysis services. The responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* SOA QA/BUSINESS ANALYST CONSULTANT DELIVERABLES
* Participate in Oracle SOA Suite / Fusion Middleware implementation and platform modernization support and development
* Focus on developing Best Practices for using various products within the Oracle SOA Suite
* Provide hands-on business analysis and quality assurance for the engineering team in leveraging the Oracle SOA Suite for new Applications and Integration solutions within the Government of the District of Columbia
Assist OCTO with development and implementation of Local Data Hub connecting District Agencies with
DCAS application.
Assist OCTO with development and deployment integrations with PeopleSoft, JobScience / SalesForce, PASS, SOAR and other enterprise applications.
