Senior Business Analyst with specific government application experience. 

This position will be joining the State of Iowa Office of the CIO department, working on an in-flight Agile Scrum project as the project’s Business Analyst. It is a multi-phase project and entails the design and development of a new web application. End users and SMEs will need significant assistance with the agile process of defining and documenting user stories.
The project’s application is being written in C#.NET using MVC and Entity Framework. Experience working on projects with these technologies, as well as the fundamentals of the Agile Scrum methodology, are required. Agile Scrum knowledge will be heavily tested during the interview process.


Responsibilities will include: 
• Lead the effort to define and document requirements and user stories 
• Work with Scrum development team during the course of the project
• Lead product documentation efforts including core functional documentation
• Participate in the QA process by documenting testing steps and performing hand-off to QA organization
• Participate in planning and estimation sessions
• Participate in customer feedback and research activities
• Lead and coordinate internal training sessions for new employees or new product releases.
