Complete Description:
The Department of Human Services is looking for a seasoned IT professional with a strong focus on the system policy implementation of integrated Health and Human Services (Medicaid; SNAP; TANF; Local Cash Food Assistance Programs). This individual will be working closely with the DHS and its community based providers to determine requirements. This is a position in the DC Access System (DCAS) implementation project.
The specialist is responsible for ensuring that the software development activities accurately depict systems logic for eligibility into the DCAS implementation project. This individual is also required to attend joint application design sessions and review and provide feedback for all related design documents whilst adhering to all federal and state regulations.
