• 3 years’ experience with SFDC Administration for medium to large organization Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks: Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Validation Rules, Triggers, Visualforce, Apex, custom objects etc..
• In depth knowledge and understanding of SFDC object model , Data loader, Demand Tools, IDE, ANT and release tools
• Communication & presentation skills
• Salesforce.com Developer Certification a plus
• Experience with ServiceMax including SFM (Service Flow Manager) console, and mobile apps
• Experience with integration tools for like Boomi
