Manual Tester- Billing System experience
Principle accountability:-
· Should be hands on and manage a team of manual testers to deliver on regression, systems and integration testing on some of the programs that are being run by the customer
· Will have to create, test plan , help develop test scenarios and work with a team of manual testers to test the insurance applications
· Will also need to develop and provide test dashboards to report the results of the testing, provide period status reports and interface with the business
· Should share the knowledge with team to work in a collaborative environment, as he/she needs to work with customer development and Support team.
Competencies
To perform the Job successfully, an incumbent should demonstrate the following competencies-
Technical:
· Experience in testing (Manual testing) and good exposure of working using QC/ALM tools.
· Good experience compensation insurance domain
· Good knowledge in Testing methodolgies & defect management
Prior experience in either of below mentioned billing systems : Guidewire ; Amdocs (ex : Telegence); NETSUITE; Ericsson (Convergent Charging and Billing) CSG Systems ; SURE/I-Am billing products by Magnaquest technologies ; Convergent Billing Solution by Huawei ; IDI Billing Solutions
Soft Skills:
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent customer facing skills
· Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
· Effective coordination
· Self-motivated and quick learner with sharp grasping skills
