Work with business stakeholders and already documented business requirements to create detailed Visual Designs for new customer-facing portal pages.
Work with IT teams to refine Visual Designs based on detailed specifications provided in Functional Documents.  Assist IT teams to define detailed User Interaction within Functional Documents based on Visual Designs and Business Requirements.
Ensure all newly created designs and user experiences adhere to already documented UX Styleguide.  Maintain and update the UX Styleguide based on any newly created or modified Visual Designs.

Skills needed (incuding years of experience):

Visual Design, User Experience, User Interaction Design (3+ years)
Adobe Photoshop (Proficient/Expert)
Portal Design/Web Design (3+ years)
