The candidate will support the ReVITAlization Customer Insight project.
The Business Analyst will: schedule, lead and document outcomes from process design and redesign work sessions, which will involve both internal and external VITA stakeholders; prepare process and procedure documentation in accordance with established VITA policies, standards and guidelines; provide input and assist in the preparation of a Customer Information Management Strategy. Prepare draft project artifacts for Project Manager review. Provide additional support to the Project manager as required to ensure the success of the project
What knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences, certifications are needed for this position? Must have significant experience with business analysis, requirements definition, process design and redesign. Must be skilled in MS Visio, Project, Office and SharePoint. Must have experience facilitating diverse stakeholders. Experience with organizational change management preferred. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
