Provide business analyst support for VITA Service Portfolio Management.  This position will provide analyst support to the development or configuration of COTS VITA Service Portfolio Management application or federated toolsets. The Business Analyst will schedule, lead and document outcomes from requirements gathering work sessions and from process design and redesign work sessions, any of which may involve both internal and external VITA stakeholders. Prepare process and procedure documentation in accordance with established VITA policies, standards and guidelines. May prepare and/or deliver training to process participants and software end-users. Prepare draft project artifacts for Project Manager review. Period of work is June 2015- March 2016. 


What knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences, certifications are needed for this position?  Must have significant experience with business analysis, requirements definition, process design and redesign. Must be skilled in MS Visio, Project, Office and SharePoint. Must have experience facilitating diverse stakeholders. Experience with organizational change management preferred. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
