ï‚· Good communication skills (both written and verbal)

ï‚· Good Stakeholder Management skills

ï‚· Good at Strategizing and Planning

ï‚· 3+ years of Cable Industry Domain knowledge and experience is a 

must

ï‚· Selenium / JMeter / Other Automation tool’s experience is a plus

ï‚· Mobility experience is a plus

ï‚· To understand the client requirements, interface with Product 

team, Business Analysts, other stakeholders, create the Test 

Strategies, perform needed hands on testing, coordinate with the 

offshore team for daily test preparation and execution, status 

reporting to the client, handle client queries and escalations, and 

deliver the project with the required quality, on time.

ï‚· Should have leadership and decision making capability to 

represent QA in cross functional meetings (requirements 

discussions, defects analysis, etc.) and handle competition from 

other vendor test teams.
