DataPower Support

Project Summary


Support and Debugging of DataPower infrastructure

Responsibility


• Support role in IBM Data Power and IBM MQ & debug the productions issues
• Work on problem tickets raised from issues
• Design and development of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based Web Services
• Design and development of business rules in IBM Data Power to convert IBM MQ XML messages to Web Services call and vice-versa
• Develop proof of concepts and prototypes as needed for pre-sales support and post-sales implementation
• Collaborate with other project team members in driving out requirements and system analysis

Support and Debugging of DataPower infrastructure

Key Technical Skill


• 5+ years of L1 support role in the following technologies:
• Core Java, J2EE, SOA based Web Services, RESTful Web Services , Hibernate, Struts, Springs, XSD, XML and WSDL
• 3+ years of support experience in IBM MQ
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in IBM MQ and working of listener to deal with messages from the queue
• Understanding of different types of message queues like Request Queue, Response Queue etc.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Data Power in real time messaging integration project
• Experience in message transformation through IBM Data Power
• Good knowledge of XML message transformation to and from IBM MQ to Web Services and vice-versa


Desired Skills


• Experience in Agile (Scrum) software development
• Strong customer service and solutions orientation
• Experience in software development in banking domain
