This (2nd of 2) Snr. A/P will be responsible for Application Development Life Cycle (ADLC) tasks associated with the analysis, development, delivery & support of application code changes to the automated NJ MVC business apps touched by the CDLIS 5.3.2 initiative. These tasks include, but are not limited to, the review, analysis, design and integration of new requirements and existing app code. Only an appropriately skilled and experienced Snr. A/P resource will be considered for this engagement to augment existing OIT application development staff. Resource will perform various analysis, programming, testing, deployment, monitoring, tuning, documentation and support tasks associated with NJ MVC CDLIS applications.
Client is seeking candidates with MVC or DMV experience (REQUIRED). Automated Drivers License applications systems HIGHLY DESIRED.
The Snr A/P's assignments will be application development activities within of the following 11 deliverable activities.
1. Permit Validation Processing Changes
2. Graduated Driver License (GDL) Restriction Code & Process Changes
3. MVC Revenue Reporting Process Changes
4. New Tamper Proof Commercial Learners Permit (CLP) Processes
5. New CDLIS Message (AAMVA UNI (Unified Network Interface)/NJ MVC State Interface) Processes
6. MVC Agency System Process Changes (CLP/GDL/"Y" Restriction )
7. New MCSIA Penalty (Driver History) processes for CLP Holder
8. Integration Testing; System Testing; and User Acceptance Testing of MVC Comp & Agency Systems
9. Driver Abstract (Driver History) Changes
10. AAMVA Casual Testing & AAMVA Structured Testing
11. Application Monitoring, Tuning & Documentation
