The project will address the launch of the paper reduction project that addresses the Initial Benefits System.
The challenge in this project will be to work with the end users to determine process flows, but then to identify areas and tasks to eliminate.
For example, the information will entered on line so the step to scan in faxed documents is not needed. There are several similar tasks so it is crucial to determine the 'As is' state and the 'To be' state.
The new system will be a web based Alfresco work flow engine. Previous experience working with a web based work flow will be very beneficial.
