PLEASE NOTE: ***Agency has TWO POSITIONS to fill with this skill set***

The individual will be responsible for designing, programming and the implementation of new and enhanced functionality tied to the CITIES and K1 case management systems. Both systems with individual taxes such as PIT and Inheritance Tax. Specifically the individual will be working in two major areas. The first will be maintaining the current production environments including but not limited too performing routine maintenance, implementing legislative & executive mandates, resolving production problems, upgrading applications development code and platforms, and assisting end users. The second area will be modification of existing functionality and the creation of new functionality in support of the Departments delinquent collections programs. The Collections and Compliance bureaus have a very long list of projects they would like to have done to assist in their efforts of collecting delinquent taxes. 

Performing other related duties as required.

In accordance with the terms of Contract No. 4400007198 and the duties of staff augmentation personnel outlined therein, staff augmentation personnel shall provide complete knowledge transfer to the Department of all tasks and projects assigned by the Department. Knowledge transfer includes complete written documentation including systems design, technical design and specifications, and coding to the Department for all tasks and projects to which personnel are assigned.
