We're a dot net shop and don't work with opensource at all, only Kentico CMS. If we were to consider someone they would have to be senior level developers, Kentico certified developers and have extensive Kentico experience working with eCommerce and integrating Kentico sites with other applications (CRM, ERP, etc.). This person would also have occasion to communicate directly with clients and would need to understand US culture and the language extremely well.
