Primary job role

Responsible in healthcare software implementations and all knowledge areas of project 

management whilst managing teams of Software Engineers and utilizing skills in areas of project 

management, resource management, schedule management, integration management, scope 

management and change management, in delivering each project.

Key responsibilities 

ï‚· Coordinate and manage the entire project lifecycle including management of scope, business 

requirements, functional and technical specifications, testing, implementation, deployment and 

phase management

ï‚· Ensure successful project delivery, in accordance with prescribed project methodology

ï‚· Manage the software implementation, integration and development across the enterprise

ï‚· Facilitate timely decision-making and issue resolution

ï‚· Organize and conduct steering committee meetings to provide management oversight and guidance to the project team

ï‚· Manage vendor partnerships and external consultants

ï‚· Effectively communicate and manage team responsibilities, assignments and deliverables

ï‚· Identify and manage project related issues, risks and mitigate scope 

Educational/ Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification

PMP certification (Preferred)

Work Experience

4 years of experience in the solution development and product implementation in the healthcare 

Industry. 

Additional requirements

Requires being mobile and located at different local and overseas customer locations.
