This position works closely with the CAM's to help them follow-up, assess and manage the performance of the service provider and to provide proactive and timely support. The position will write new customer services processes, update old processes and provided processing mapping. The position will work under the Customer Service Analyst and assist in day to day operational administrative duties including Work Request processing.
