Must Have Skills

• At least 10 years of experience in the industry with specialization in architecting and designing solutions for Responsive websites and web applications, technology consulting, enterprise architecture.

• At least 6 years of experience in Callidus TrueComp package in both version 3.x and 7.x. TrueComp installation, TrueComp integrations with other interfacing systems, Performance Tuning for Callidus, Rules setup.

• At least one implementation experience as a Lead or Architect, experience in identifying the architecture and design best practices for Callidus implementations, Fine tuning of the implementations in various environments.

• Review of Callidus design and configurations, Defining the migration approach and validation

• Help build Callidus package competency within the team and the unit/account overall

• Business interactions and ensuring that the responsibilities and accountability of Business and IT is well defined and agreed with all parties

• At least 8 years of experience in defining new architectures and driving an independent project from an architectural stand point.
