Short Description:

Review and upgrade the District of Columbia's performance website to make sure that it is user-friendly, relevant and comprehensive.

 

Complete Description:

Reporting to the Chief Performance Officer, and additionally supporting OCTO's Web Program Manager. Proven experience with website development layout and content. Knowledge of public agencies performance websites in local and federal  governments or municipalities with ability to recommend to the District of Columbia best practices, and review current performance information.  Recommend short-term and long-term outcome measures and be held accountable for achieving those goals.  Oversee website content on an ongoing basis to ensure recommendations are working and implemented according to the agreed to plan.  Schedule for deliver is October 2015.

 

Additional Responsibilities

•          Analyze and evaluate both existing and potential performance data strategies.

•          Conduct, gather and analyze market research to determine the most effect performance evaluations.

•          Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all performance data  and initiatives.

•          Work closely with other agency organizations to ensure tight integration and initiatives.

•          Develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of  programs and implement improvements as required.
