The Department of Employment Services (DOES) is seeking a certified PMP to perform project management efforts for IT Modernization effort for DOES. This consultant will lead the business process re-engineering and documentation efforts for the IT Modernization projects and implementing Project Management, PMO and ITIL Processes.
The work involves managing process assessments, mappings, documentation, and business process re-engineering of the IT Applications and programs. This will include documenting "as is" systems, "to be" requirements, performing gap analysis, and providing recommendations for effective and efficient systems including design, development and implementation.
