This Business Analyst position will document and implement SOA functionalities.
The BA should have knowledge (and preferably) experience in SOA, especially in coordinating/implementing SOA infrastructure.
Experience in business analysis including: working with state agency customers and coordinating implementation of SOA-based tools, writing, and business and technical documentation. Excellent skills in communication (verbal, written) are especially needed.
