Complete Description: The PM needs to have a heavy focus on process, coordinating efforts to determining the 'as is' and defining the 'to be' state. This person needs to be heavy on process flows, with the ability to work with the business users to create definition and documentation. This person will have heavy interaction with the BA's on the team.
Project work on application development teams is required.
They will need to coordinate schedules, coordinate testing and training users on the system. They must have strong attention to detail and project deadlines. The resource will need to monitor progress from other team members and motivate the team to deliver their action items in a complete and timely manner. Positive collaboration with the team is key.
There is some Agile experience desired, but the process is not a strict Agile model. Flexibility to adhere to a blended Agile model is required.
