Complete Description:

Technical Project Mananger - 12+ years  experience in the supervision, research, analysis, evaluation, design/redesign, development, integration, and implementation business processes and systems. Identify problems and developing solutions that achieve optimum performance and cost effectiveness.

•          Serve as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst on projects to gather requirements, document existing business processes, and make recommendations on how to improve existing business work flows and processes.

•          Manage a business analysts, gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

•          Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

•          Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs).

•          Utilize experience and knowledge in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies.

•          Manage multiple Software/Application, Engineering and IT infrastructure projects

•          Helps to ensure that the defined architecture and development standards are adhered to

•          Performs software development functions such as: Design, Design Reviews, Code Reviews and Project Status

•          Assumes the leadership role as it relates to mentorship, training and giving feedback to development staff

•          Provides technical expertise to system development and quality assurance teams.

•          Act as subject matter expect and assist business managers in guiding them in technical areas of IT projects

•          5 plus years of technical project management experience

•          Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility

•          Coding experience and ability to review code with team members and help drive solutions.

•          Experience with object-oriented design and coding skills across a variety of platforms (Dot Net, HTML5, VS2013 and MvC4)

•          Proven ability in cloud technologies, open source technologies, Web architecture, and design

•          Possess solid understanding of one of more web development technologies, methodologies, or architectures including Visual Studio 4.5 and above, HTTP , .NET, C#, Jquery, ASP, SQl Server 2008 and WEb API.Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet expectations for timeliness and quality

•          Excellent oral and written communication skills;

•          Experience with web services and open API development, as well as SOA concepts, is a plus

•          Large/enterprise application development experience is a plus.

•          Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and Office of Information Technology Managers.
