Description:
The current framework is in QTP; the project is to migrate the current framework of QTP to Selenium.

Resource should have strong knowledge and should be hands-on in Selenium with strong understanding of descriptive programming.
He/She Should have knowledge of designing automation frameworks independently.
Resource should also have worked hands-on on QTP and should be able to understand the existing framework built in the QTP.
Understanding of the VB Script is required and should be able to debug exisitng script issues.
Resource will be responsible for performing a variety of automation test development tasks, including functional testing, Integration testing, Database testing.
He/She will also be involved in the design, development, review, and implementation of automation test plans.
Design and development of automation test planning, test specification, test scripts 
· Resource should have strong knowledge and should be hands-on in Selenium with strong understanding of descriptive programming.
· Reosurce should have hands-on on the QTP with experience in descriptive programming using VB script.
· He/She Should have knowledge of designing automation frameworks independently.
· Resource will be responsible for performing a variety of automation test development tasks, including functional testing, Integration testing, Database testing.
· He / She will also be involved in the design, development, review, and implementation of automation test plans.
· Work with business and product management teams for review of Business Requirements, Functional Specification and Technical design documents.
· Communicate project and testing status to internal and external teams
· Multi-tasking ability in a high stress environment
· Understand the internal and external software development/release processes
· Perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation
· Submit, Regress and Verify defects"
